Holiday Fun

We've been crafting, reading, and generally being laid back as the holidays approach this year. The kids had a wonderful time making and decorating dough ornaments with friends earlier in the week, and plan on giving their creations as gifts.

I've gathered an assortment of Christmas, Hanukkah, and Kwanzaa books to read and discuss. Tomorrow is officially our last "school day" of the year, but we'll continue reading through these books and working on crafts most of next week. We love learning about different cultures and the history behind some of our holiday traditions!
